What are your hours? +

We are open 7 days a week. 8-8 on weekdays and 10-4 on weekends.

Do you offer direct billing? +

Yes, we are able to direct bill for most insurance companies. It is the patient’s responsibility to know the details and requirements of their own plan. The patient is ultimately responsible for any fees incurred at the clinic. For more information check out this article.

Yes. They can be purchased in person at the clinic or over the phone.
