Juliette has seen manual therapy play a very valuable role in the management of chronic pain, facilitation of recovery from injury, and addressing nervous system dysregulation from stress or trauma. She chose this field because she holds a deep appreciation for feeling well in your body and the quality it brings to life. She tries her best to offer the most efficient and effective care for each client, and this often involves spending some time re-educating body awareness and movement. Given the opportunity, Juliette loves talking about the ‘why’ behind the pain or other sensations we may feel in our bodies. She has been enjoying different forms of movement for a long time, and currently enjoys rock climbing, skiing, trail running, and lots of dog walks. Juliette is always poking away at learning new things and loves to talk podcasts, books and courses. She offers Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) which is helpful for muscular conditions such as tennis/golfer’s elbow, rotator cuff and other muscle strains or injuries.
