Prior to life as a massage therapist, Paul spent over a decade working on the mountain bike world cup circuit. Working closely with athletes during training, events and injury rehabilitation. This experience along side his own sporting pursuits and injuries has given him a great understanding as to how we functionally and dysfunctionally move and adapt our bodies for sport, the equipment and the environment.
Outside of the clinic, Paul is an avid cycling enthusiast, regularly found out on the trails. He also coaches the next generation of young mountain bikers sharing his passion for having fun on two wheels. In the winter season he enjoys hitting the slopes and touring in the back country. He’s also recently become a father, navigating the challenges of parenting and enjoying outdoor fun with a little one.
Paul incorporates a variety of myofascial, Neuromuscular, trigger point, deep tissue and stretching modalities.
